Winter 2017 – Women’s Self-Defense Workshop

UMA will not be hosting its usual Winter quarter Women’s Self-Defense Workshop.

We will resume regularly scheduled free workshops beginning in April 2017.

1.) Thank goodness for Martial Arts. It filled a void in my life – knowing what I know after a couple months. I should have started 20 years ago, but I have at least that much left, and Martial Arts will be a part of it. 2.) Fitness – I am 8 lbs. lighter, self-defense skills are much better.
